Modifex is a privately owned Australian construction company which specialises in building, renovating and modifying residential properties for people with disabilities and people receiving aged care. Our objectives are to enhance our clients’ quality of life,improve their lifestyles and assist independent living.
Established by Andrew Fulton, Modifex is one of the few construction companies of its kind in Australia, we have extensive expertise and experience in working with clients who have unique needs and very specific requirements which will allow them to live in a comfortable, secure and safe environment.
Modifex takes each project from ‘concept to completion’ with our clients’ requirements as top priority. With pressing deadlines to meet the immediate needs of our clients, we have an industry recognised reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget.
Our priority is to identify all aspects of the client’s home environment which should be modified or adapted to assist independence, with easy access to meals, bathing, sleep and social areas. As a result, our team works closely with case managers, occupational therapists, local government, the legal fraternity and our clients to ensure we create a ‘home’ that is purpose built to their needs.
